1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Vinod Hosiery Factory (VHF), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all wholesale orders for SONY Selex, RICHMAN Selex, VK Oswal, and other VHF products.
2. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Thermal Wear (VK Oswal): 100 pieces minimum per order

School Bulk Orders: 500+ pieces qualify for institutional pricing
- 🎨
Custom Orders (with logo/branding): 200 pieces minimum
3. Payment Terms
VHF accepts the following payment methods for wholesale orders:
- New Customers: 50% advance payment, 50% before shipment
- Established Customers (2+ orders): 30% advance, 70% before shipment
- Credit Period: 15-30 days credit available for verified businesses (subject to approval)
- Bank Transfer: State Bank of India (account details provided on invoice)
- UPI/Digital Payments: Available for orders under ₹50,000
- Cash on Delivery: NOT available for wholesale orders
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
- Before Production: Full refund of advance (if production has not started)
- During Production: 20% cancellation fee + costs incurred
- After Production: Orders cannot be cancelled; full payment due
- Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production begins (logo printing, custom colors)
- Modification Requests: Allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation (subject to availability)
5. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery Times:
- ✅ Delhi NCR: 7-10 days
- ✅ North India (Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan): 10-12 days
- ✅ Rest of India: 12-15 days
- ✅ Peak Season (June-November): Add 5-7 extra days
- ✅ Custom Orders: 15-20 days from design approval
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, customization requirements, and seasonal demand.
6. Product Quality & Specifications
All VHF products meet the following standards:
- 100% quality checked before dispatch from our Wazirpur factory
- Fabric GSM (Grams per Square Meter) as per product specifications
- Color accuracy: 95%+ match to approved samples (minor variations acceptable due to fabric dye lots)
- Sizing tolerance: ±2cm for waist, length measurements
- All products carry VHF quality certification

SONY Selex, RICHMAN Selex, VK Oswal, and VHF are registered trademarks of Vinod Hosiery Factory. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale with altered branding is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes:

- Escalation: Management review within 15 days
- Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction
