1. Return Eligibility Criteria
Products Eligible for Return:

2. Return Window & Timeline

- Day 3-5: Quality inspection period. Check for defects, stitching issues, fabric quality
- Day 6-7: Final window to raise return requests. Contact VHF customer service before 7-day deadline
- After Day 7: Returns NOT accepted (except for hidden manufacturing defects discovered later)
Important: The 7-day window starts from the delivery date, not the order date. Always check products immediately upon delivery.

All returned products undergo rigorous quality inspection at our Wazirpur factory before refund/replacement approval:

4. Refund Options
Once your return is approved after quality inspection, choose from these refund options:

- Timeline: 10-15 days for replacement delivery
- Cost: Free shipping for replacement (VHF covers cost)
- Best For: Customers needing the products urgently
Note: Replacement is the fastest option and most recommended for business continuity
Credit Note Option (For Regular Customers)
Established customers (3+ orders) can opt for a credit note instead of refund:

- Self-Delivery (Delhi NCR): Drop-off at B-28/1, Wazirpur Industrial Area during business hours (10 AM - 6 PM, Mon-Sat)
6. Minimum Return Quantities (MOQ)
Important MOQ Policy for Returns:
As a wholesale manufacturer, VHF operates on bulk order principles. Individual piece returns are NOT accepted to maintain operational efficiency.

Exception: If your entire order quantity is below MOQ (e.g., 25-piece trial order) and there's a manufacturing defect affecting all pieces, we will accept the full lot return regardless of MOQ.
7. Custom Orders Return Policy
Custom Orders are NON-RETURNABLE
Products customized with school logos, embroidery, special colors, or unique specifications cannot be returned or refunded, as they are produced specifically for your order.
What Qualifies as a Custom Order?
- ✖️ School logo printing/embroidery
- ✖️ Custom color combinations (not in standard catalog)
- ✖️ Special fabric blends or GSM variations
- ✖️ Non-standard sizes or measurements
- ✖️ Personalized branding or labels
Safeguard: For custom orders, we ALWAYS provide pre-production samples for approval. Once you approve the sample, the order is final and non-returnable.
8. How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Return Process:
Step 2: Send Photos/Videos (Mandatory)

Step 3: Receive Return Authorization

10. Partial Returns
In case only some pieces from your order are defective:
- Scenario 1: 20 defective pieces out of 200 ordered
- ✅ Return only the 20 defective pieces (meets MOQ? No, but exception made)
- ✅ Keep the 180 good pieces
- ✅ Refund/replacement for 20 pieces only
- Scenario 2: 5 defective pieces out of 100 ordered

- ⚠️ Options: (a) Wait to accumulate more defects in future orders, OR (b) VHF sends replacement 5 pieces in your next order free of cost
